1. What goals were you able to achieve so far?

I have lost 8 kg (18 lbs) within 3 months. I hadn’t achieved anything for a long time due to false workout and diet. Now I’m happy that finally something is happening!

It’s your dedication that motivates me. You always explain your statements with a logical background.

 

3. What has changed for you?

The number on the scale! My diet, my motivation, my lifestyle. I live healthier than ever before.

 

4. What do I do differently from other coaches?

One can feel that it’s your passion. You individually react to a person’s needs and clearly recognize their potential. An example: The coach in my gym had given me an interval training, where I was supposed to run. I am 175cm (5.7’ inches) tall and have a relatively big bust size. Running is the last thing that is fun for me. You recognized this immediately and changed it. You also adjusted my workout routine because you saw I don’t like to switch machines too often.

 

5. How do you feel about my personality?

You are strict but you can praise too. It’s enjoyable and fun to train with you.

I have lost 20kg (44 lbs) in 4 months and I feel unbelievably fit!

 

2. What did I say or do that helped you?

You gave me a detailed, very individual diet and workout plan and you explained the reasons behind it. I now know exactly why and what to consider. It became easy for me to stick to the plan.

 

3.What has changed for you?

I don’t just focus on the results anymore but on the immediate, hard work in the gym. Every time I enter the gym, I reach my absolute maximum. With your support, I am able tot rain more effective. The diet change made me feel healthier and better. And the most important change: I became so much more self confident. 

 

 

4. What do I do differently from other coaches?

You are very convincing and you explain everything with a logical background. You answer my individual questions which is very motivating. Your own story and the hardships you had to face are very inspiring to me. It shows me: No matter what happens, one can always fight and stay strong.

 

5.How do you feel about my personality?

You have a very strong and motivating personality and that has a very positive impact on me.

1. What goals were you able to achieve so far?

I have lost 2.5 kilos since I started with you. I wasn’t able to loose weight for a long time. I do 15min. of HIIT 3x a week. I am getting better and better and that is a huge success for me!

 

2. What did I do or say that helped you?

It’s your way that helps me. I feel taken seriously. You address my questions and fears and you do your best to take away those fears. You accompany and encourage me in my goals (10km Greifensee Run). You just believe in me. You know what you’re talking about and you always have great explanations so that even an amateur like me gets it ☺.

 

3.      What has changed for you?

My eating habits, my fridge and my supply cabinet! ☺ Can you imagine: I still have a chocolate bunny from eastern in my fridge and I haven’t killed it jet! That is a miracle! I now pay attention to the ingredients in groceries and I often ask myself: „Is this food going to make me feel good or not?“. I feel that something is changing in my body. While doing exercises, I am now able to focus more – thanks to your strict corrections!

 

4.      What do I do differently from other coaches?

I don’t feel like a number with you. You give me exercises that strenghten my weaknesses (weak back with 3 ruptured discs). You are interested if your program worked or not. You’ll give your all to find the right way for me.

 

5.      How do you feel about my personality?

You have a very strong and self-confident personality. In the beginning a bit frightening for me ☺ Your positive outlook on life is hard to top -that is very admirable. You are VERY strict ☺ but that is absolutely ok!

You motivate and drive me without having to be aggressive. It’s a perfect mix of pushing and praising. If you have a goal, you’ll follow it with discipline and passion. That is admirable.

I have achieved more goals than I could have ever dreamed of. I stopped taking drugs, I live healthier and I was able to fulfill a longtime dream: I bought myself my dream car. Thanks to you I am now a more successful, healthy person.

I’ve been losing weight every week (in 3 weeks 3kg). At the same time I have gotten stronger. What more could I want! This progress is my fuel and it keeps me motivated every day.

In an easy and understandable way you explained how our body works and what it needs. I also learned how to activate my fat burning system in the most efficient way. Even if the HIIT program is bringing me to my limits - I can feel how well my body responds to it.

You look at each client very carefully and individually to see the whole picture. Thanks to that I was able to plan and integrate my diet and training into my everyday life. Your concept is tailor made. You don't sell a general concept, which is not applicable. 

5. How do you feel about my personality?
You have a very strong and motivating impact on me. You always take your time to respond to my questions and you take me seriously. Your personality is trustworthy. You explain the exercises very well and you suggest alternatives if needed.
