Work Method

I know from experience how difficult it is to take care of oneself in stressful and work-intensive times. It is our habits that often keep us from having a fulfilled, healthy and satisfied life. Relaxation through a regular glass of wine or snacks in front of the TV can give us instant satisfaction but also keep us from reaching our goals in the long run.

 

We often rely on expensive wellness clinics or vacations to reconnect with ourselves and push the reset button on our stressful lives. It might seem like the only way to remind ourselves of who we are and what made us feel good initially. The problem with these methods is: The effects are short term and falling back into the daily routine of dissatisfaction is inevitable. Instead of these “quick fixes” for a happy and healthy life, I will support you in creating a lifestyle that will withstand the test of time. Together we will replace destructive habits for healthy and enjoyable activities. We will begin by you setting a personal goal and together we will create a workout and diet plan that is right for you. Like a good therapist, my goal is not to push my own ideology on you or to have you depend on me for success.  My goal is for you to be independent in living a life rich in health.

 

I look at the human being as a whole entity and I pay attention to the mental and physical challenges. I am convinced that physical symptoms are a consequence of malnutrition lack of proper exercise as well as psychological influences. I am no doctor, therefore, I work with doctors of Western and Holistic medicine for support in complex situations.
